Tantum Ergo Brut Nature 2017 De Bodegas Hispano Suizas

Queridos lectores ... desde Madrid - España y desde el más puro confinamiento debido a la Pandemia que en la actualidad azota el mundo ... quiero compartir con ustedes un regalo ...

Un regalo repleto de sensualidad y con la capacidad de salpicar nuestro corazón de alegría y esperanza .. se trata de la nueva añada 2017 del cava Tantum Ergo Brut Nature de Bodegas Hispano Suizas... cava que tuvimos la suerte de presentar el pasado Diciembre 2019 en el Perfume del Vino..... lo titulamos así:

Tantum Ergo Brut Nature, Chardonnay y Pinot Noir, la sensualidad femenina del mito de Ifigenia de Eurípides

En aquella oportunidad catamos el 2016


Algunas líneas de lo que presentamos aquel día:

Ifigenia, al igual que la obra de Dora López y Teresa Cucala y del vino Tantum Ergo son ejemplo de lo femenino escenificado hasta la teatralidad y permitiendo en la creación una sensualidad mágica. Ifigenia, hija de Agamenón, es la hermosa doncella que elige de forma voluntaria sacrificarse por los suyos como la única forma de apaciguar a Artemisa, y que por su gesto, Artemisa en un Deus ex Machina, le recompensa con la vida. Los aromas de roble, fruta sobremadura, rosas, pera, manzana, anís, toronja, ron, coñac, cera, cáscara de naranja ... waw....... un repertorio que nos pone a pensar mientras disfrutamos y soñamos ... y así seguimos encontrando caramelos, almendras, pimienta, clavo... hermosa complejidad !!!

La añada 2017 
Una nueva añada que sigue vibrante y fresca ... y cada vez más compleja y fascinante ...

Fantástico trabajo en el campo y en bodega ... felicitamos a Pablo Ossorio y a todo el equipo de esta casa ... porque en cada añada se nota el trabajo y el mimo que ponen en cada  obra de arte embotellada ....
